Return to Center
A Day of Return, Inquiry, and Embodied Practice.
There is a place within you that does not rush.
That does not fracture under pressure.
That does not look outward for answers.
It simply holds.
This day is an invitation to return to that place.
Set within an intimate private home on Clancy Lane, this immersive, co-ed experience is designed for those seeking a deeper connection to themselves—beyond concept, beyond routine, and into something lived.
Throughout the day, you will be guided through a carefully woven progression of practices that include movement, breathwork, meditation, and facilitated inquiry. Each element is intentionally placed, creating a rhythm that allows you to not only experience—but to recognize, reflect, and integrate.
This is not a single-modality offering. It is a layered experience—drawing from a range of disciplines and perspectives—held by three facilitators whose work is rooted in both extensive training and lived practice.
What unfolds is both structured and spacious. There is guidance, and there is room. There is depth, and there is ease.
More than anything, this day is about embodiment. Not simply touching a state of clarity or calm—but understanding how to return to it.
We will share a beautifully prepared, catered meal together—an intentional pause within the day to nourish, connect, and settle more deeply into the experience. Thoughtful details are woven throughout—some visible, others quietly felt—creating an environment that supports both grounding and expansion.
While the practices themselves are powerful, the true focus of the day lies in integration. How do you carry this forward? How does this way of being begin to shape your decisions, your relationships, your inner dialogue—beyond this space?
This is not something you come to simply experience for a day. It is something you step into—and learn how to carry with you.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience.
