THIS ONE LIFE:

THAILAND

November 7–17, 2027

10 nights.

Two extraordinary parts of Thailand.

One unforgettable journey.

With Staci Levine & Heather Roma Wicks.

We get this one life.

One life to see the places we've dreamed about.

To swim in water so blue it almost doesn't look real.

To stand beneath waterfalls.

To taste food we've never tasted.

To learn from people whose lives and traditions are different from our own.

To receive a blessing from a Buddhist monk.

To wander through temples and night markets.

To watch thousands of lanterns rise into the night sky.

To laugh until our stomachs hurt.

To make friends we may never have met otherwise.
To say yes to the adventure.

We don't know how many trips we'll take, how many sunsets we'll watch, or how many opportunities we'll have to do the things we've always said we'd do someday.

But we know we have this one life. And we want to live it.

In November 2027, Sacred Woman Collective is going to Thailand for a 10-night journey through two completely different and magnificent parts of the country.

We'll begin on Phi Phi Island, surrounded by turquoise water, limestone cliffs and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. For six nights, we'll slow down, play, explore, gather and experience island life together.

Then we'll travel north to Chiang Mai, where the experience becomes richer in Thai culture, spirituality and tradition. We'll explore temples and waterfalls, visit an elephant sanctuary, receive a group monk blessing, experience local markets and food, learn the art of Thai massage, and see Chiang Mai through the eyes of people who call Thailand home.

And we'll be there for one of the most extraordinary celebrations in the world: Yi Peng and Loi Krathong, when thousands of glowing lanterns fill the night sky.

There will be boats and beaches. Elephants and temples. Incredible Thai food. Waterfalls. Night markets and shopping. Sacred circles. Thai massage workshops. Yoga & movement. Sound healing. Adventure. Laughter. Rest. Connection.

And plenty of room for the moments we could never plan.

This isn't a trip where we simply come to Thailand and look around.

We're going to experience it.

To taste it. Learn from it. Play in it. Be moved by it. And share it with a group of women who also decided that someday isn't good enough.

Because this beautiful life isn't meant to be watched from the sidelines.

It's meant to be lived.

And we have THIS ONE LIFE.

PART ONE :: PHI PHI ISLAND

Six nights in paradise · November 7–13, 2027

This is where our journey begins.

On an island in the Andaman Sea, surrounded by turquoise water, white-sand beaches, lush tropical landscape and the towering limestone cliffs that have made the Phi Phi Islands one of the most spectacular places in Thailand.

And for six nights, this gets to be home.

We'll stay at a beautiful beachfront resort where mornings can begin slowly, shoes are optional, and the ocean is never far away.

These first days are about settling in, connecting with one another and experiencing the beauty, adventure and pure joy of island life.

While we’re here…

  • Island hop through the Phi Phi Islands on a full-day private boat adventure through crystal-clear water, hidden coves, spectacular beaches and some of Thailand's most iconic scenery.

  • Gather for an intimate dinner on the beach, feet in the sand and the sound of the Andaman Sea beside us.

  • Learn the ancient art of Thai massage through workshops with a master Thai massage practitioner who has spent years studying and practicing this healing tradition.

  • Experience Sacred Woman Collective circles and practices created to bring us together, open our hearts and deepen the friendships forming within the group.

  • Move, breathe and reconnect with your body through yoga and mindful movement practices woven naturally throughout our time together.

  • Eat incredible Thai food and share the kind of long, leisurely meals that become some of the best memories of traveling together.

  • Swim, explore, play and rest with plenty of space built into our days to enjoy the beach, pool and resort.

  • Make the experience your own with time to book a spa treatment, read by the water, take a nap, wander the island or simply sit somewhere beautiful and take it all in.

We aren't coming all the way to Thailand to rush from one thing to the next. We're coming to be here for it.

The adventures. The beauty. The conversations. The laughter. The quiet mornings. The long dinners. The moments we planned and the ones we never could have.

This is Phi Phi. And it's only the beginning.

PART TWO:: CHIANG MAI

Four nights immersed in Northern Thailand · November 13–17, 2027

After six nights in paradise, we'll leave the islands behind and travel north to Chiang Mai, a city filled with ancient temples, mountains, incredible food, bustling markets and centuries of Thai culture and tradition. And this time, we'll have something particularly special: a local showing us the way.

Our friend Jannie Denney, who is Thai and calls Chiang Mai home, will help us experience her hometown through a local's eyes — sharing the places, food, traditions and experiences that make this part of Thailand so extraordinary.

While we’re here...

  • Experience the magic of Yi Peng and Loi Krathong, one of Thailand's most breathtaking celebrations, when thousands of glowing lanterns illuminate the night sky and people gather to honor tradition, make wishes and release intentions for what lies ahead.

  • Spend time with elephants at a sanctuary, experiencing these magnificent animals up close while learning about their care and protection.

  • Explore some of Chiang Mai's beautiful Buddhist temples and learn more about the spiritual traditions that have shaped this region for centuries.

  • Receive a private group blessing from a Buddhist monk, a meaningful opportunity to experience an important part of Thai spiritual life together.

  • Venture into the mountains and visit waterfalls, experiencing another side of Northern Thailand's spectacular natural beauty.

  • Experience a soundbath with a local sound healer, giving us time to slow down, receive and integrate everything we're experiencing.

  • Eat our way through Chiang Mai, from incredible Thai meals to local specialties and the flavors this region is known for.

  • Wander the night markets, where we'll eat, shop, explore and experience the energy of Chiang Mai after dark.

  • Shop, discover and explore, with time to find local crafts, textiles, treasures and probably a few things we never knew we needed.

  • Move, breathe and reconnect with your body through yoga and mindful movement practices woven naturally throughout our time together.”

  • Gather in our Sacred Woman Collective circles, creating space throughout our time together to connect, share and take in everything this journey is giving us.

Four nights to experience a place that we don't simply want to see. We want to know it.

To meet its people. Taste its food. Learn about its traditions. Walk through its temples. Explore its markets. Stand beneath its waterfalls. And experience one of its most magnificent celebrations beneath a sky filled with light.

This is Chiang Mai. And what a way to complete THIS ONE LIFE.

SAY YES TO THAILAND

MEET YOUR GUIDES

One of the things that makes THIS ONE LIFE so special is not only where we're going and what we'll experience, but who we'll experience it with. This journey brings together people who each offer something completely different : retreat leadership, women's circles, movement, healing, Thai traditions, local knowledge and a genuine love for bringing people together.

STACI LEVINE

Founder, Sacred Woman Collective

Staci Levine is the founder of Sacred Woman Collective and the heart behind its circles, retreats and gatherings around the world. A certified sound healer, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and circle & retreat facilitator, Staci created Sacred Woman Collective from a simple belief: women need meaningful places to gather, connect and experience life together.

For Staci, retreats have never been about escaping life. They're about experiencing more of it… traveling somewhere extraordinary, meeting people we wouldn't otherwise meet, trying things we've never tried, having conversations we don't make enough time for at home, laughing a lot, and coming home with memories and friendships that stay with us.

Staci is on a mission to cultivate more kindness, acceptance, and unity among women. She believes that when we gather in circle, with open hearts and shared stories, we dissolve judgment, deepen connection, and co-create a more compassionate world.

THIS ONE LIFE is everything she believes a retreat can be.

HEATHER ROMA WICKS

Sacred Woman Collective · High Desert

Heather Roma Wicks is an entrepreneur, wellness practitioner, retreat host and the owner of Sacred Woman Collective's High Desert branch in Morongo Valley, California.

After decades working across fashion, wellness, marketing and social media, Heather has devoted much of her life today to creating experiences that bring people back to nature, connection and themselves. She is Reiki certified and hosts retreats and monthly circles at her ranch in the desert, where she also works with holistic horse healing. Heather brings an adventurous spirit, deep curiosity and a genuine love of people to every retreat she leads.

She and Staci have traveled, hosted retreats and created experiences together for years, and THIS ONE LIFE is a reflection of so much of what they both love, exploring the world, connecting deeply with people, experiencing different cultures, trying new things and saying yes to the adventure.

And Thailand has an especially personal connection for Heather: her father, David Roma, has spent more than three decades studying and teaching the ancient practice of Thai massage and will be joining us on this journey. For Heather, this isn't simply another place on the map.

SPECIAL GUESTS

DAVID ROMA

Master Thai Massage Practitioner, Teacher & Yoga Teacher

Having David Roma join us in Thailand is something incredibly special. He has devoted more than three decades to the study, practice and teaching of traditional Thai massage. His journey began in Thailand in the 1990s and has taken him through extensive study with teachers and schools throughout Thailand and around the world. He is a nationally board-certified licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor and instructor for the Sunshine School of Massage in Chiang Mai. His training includes some of Thailand's most respected Thai massage traditions, including study at Wat Pho in Bangkok and with teachers throughout Chiang Mai.

During our time together, David will introduce us to the art of Thai massage through hands-on workshops designed for all levels, no previous experience necessary. He will also guide us through yoga practices throughout the retreat, bringing the same depth of experience, presence and understanding of the body that has shaped his work for more than three decades.

And there's another connection that makes having him with us particularly meaningful: David is Heather's father. This is a practice he has spent decades learning and teaching, and we'll have the rare opportunity to experience it with him in the country where his own journey with this work began.

JANNIE DENNEY

Our Connection to Chiang Mai

Jannie isn't simply someone joining us in Chiang Mai. She's one of Staci's lifelong friends, a soul sister, and someone she has worked alongside for many years.

Jannie is Thai and calls Chiang Mai home, which means our experience there will be deeply personal. We'll be seeing this beautiful part of Thailand through the eyes of someone who knows it, loves it and is excited to share it with us.

In fact, this journey has already been years in the making. Staci traveled to Chiang Mai to spend time with Jannie and scout locations and experiences together, imagining what it would look like to someday bring a group of Sacred Woman Collective women back with them. THIS ONE LIFE is that someday. Jannie will welcome us into her hometown and help us experience the Chiang Mai she knows , its food, temples, traditions, markets, people and places that we simply wouldn't discover in the same way on our own.

And perhaps most importantly, she's welcoming us not simply as visitors, but as friends of a friend she loves. Because some of the most meaningful travel experiences happen when someone opens the door to their world and says, come, let me show you the place I call home.

WHERE WE'LL STAY

Where we stay matters. We wanted properties that feel special enough to be part of the experience… places where you'll wake up, look around and think, I can't believe I'm actually here. And because we're experiencing two completely different sides of Thailand, our two locations couldn't be more beautifully different.

SAii PHI PHI ISLAND VILLAGE

Phi Phi Island · 6 Nights

Imagine arriving by boat to a tropical island and discovering that this is where you'll be living for the next six nights.

SAii Phi Phi Island Village is a secluded beachfront resort set along a private stretch of white sand on beautiful Loh Ba Gao Bay, surrounded by turquoise Andaman Sea and acres of coconut palms.

We'll stay in Deluxe Garden Bungalows, individual Thai-style bungalows tucked into the tropical landscape, each with its own terrace and plenty of room to settle into island life.

The resort itself gives us everything we want for this first part of the journey: beautiful pools, beachfront dining, spa, wellness and recreation experiences, and most importantly, direct access to one of the most magnificent natural settings in Thailand.

Wake up. Walk outside. Find the ocean.

Swim before breakfast. Book a massage. Read beneath a palm tree. Meet the women for lunch. Wander down to the beach.

For six nights, this is home.

NA NIRAND ROMANTIC BOUTIQUE RESORT

Chiang Mai · 4 Nights

Then we leave island life behind and fly north to Chiang Mai, where our surroundings change completely.

For our final four nights, we'll stay at Na Nirand Romantic Boutique Resort, an intimate luxury boutique hotel inspired by the architecture, artistry and traditions of Northern Thailand.

With only 45 rooms, Na Nirand feels worlds away from a large international resort. Its Lanna-inspired interiors incorporate local craftsmanship, handwoven textiles, wood and rattan, creating a property that feels deeply connected to the place we've come to experience.

We'll stay in beautiful Grand Deluxe rooms, each with a private balcony and thoughtful details inspired by Northern Thai design.

There's a pool, spa, beautiful restaurant and plenty of quiet corners to enjoy — but what we love most is that Na Nirand gives us a completely different sense of place.

Phi Phi is barefoot, tropical island life. Chiang Mai is intimate, soulful and steeped in Northern Thai culture.

Two extraordinary places. Two completely different experiences. One journey.

And yes... you're really staying here.

GETTING THERE

Yes, Thailand is far away. And that's part of the adventure.

Our journey officially begins on November 7, 2027, when we'll meet in Phuket and travel together to our island home on Phi Phi.

Because flight schedules and travel times will vary depending on where you're coming from, we can provide travel guidance and recommended flights well in advance so you'll know exactly where to go and when you need to arrive.

ARRIVING IN PHUKET

Guests will fly into Phuket International Airport (HKT).

Depending on where you're traveling from, you'll likely need to leave the U.S. a day or two before November 7 due to the length of the journey and crossing the International Date Line.

We'll provide a recommended arrival window once flight schedules are available so you can plan your international flights accordingly.

PHUKET → PHI PHI ISLAND

Once you arrive in Phuket, we'll take it from there.

You’ll travel from Phuket to Phi Phi Island, a journey of approximately 2½–3½ hours that includes our transfer to the pier and a beautiful boat ride across the Andaman Sea.

Your group transfer from Phuket to Phi Phi Island is included in your retreat investment.

And when you arrive, you’ll check into SAii Phi Phi Island Village and begin six nights in paradise.

PHI PHI → CHIANG MAI

For those continuing on the Complete THIS ONE LIFE Journey, we'll leave Phi Phi together on November 13 and travel back to Phuket for our flight north to Chiang Mai.

The flight from Phuket (HKT) to Chiang Mai (CNX) is approximately 2 hours.

This domestic flight is not included in your retreat investment and will be booked separately by each guest. We'll provide the specific recommended flight so that we can travel together as a group.

Once we arrive in Chiang Mai, our home for the next four nights, Na Nirand Romantic Boutique Resort, is conveniently located approximately 15–20 minutes from the airport.

HEADING HOME

Our Complete Journey ends in Chiang Mai on November 17, 2027.

Na Nirand is approximately 15–20 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), making your departure relatively simple.

You can begin your journey home that day or, if you're not quite ready for THIS ONE LIFE to end, continue exploring Thailand or another part of Southeast Asia on your own.

We'll provide detailed travel recommendations, flight guidance and arrival and departure instructions well before our journey begins.

You get yourself to Thailand. We'll help take care of the adventure from there.

ONE NIGHT WE'LL NEVER FORGET

Sometimes the best parts of a journey are the ones you never could have planned.

When we chose the dates for THIS ONE LIFE, we had no idea that our time in Chiang Mai would coincide with one of the most beautiful and meaningful celebrations in Thailand.

And then we discovered it. A gift that revealed itself after we said yes to Thailand.

We are going to be in Chiang Mai for Yi Peng and Loi Krathong — the Lantern Festival.

It felt like one of those incredible synchronicities that happens when everything somehow lines up even better than you imagined.

Imagine standing together beneath the night sky as thousands of glowing lanterns begin to rise around us. Rooted in centuries of Thai and Lanna tradition, Yi Peng and Loi Krathong are celebrations of gratitude, reflection and letting go. During Loi Krathong, people traditionally float small decorated offerings called krathongs on the water, while Yi Peng in Northern Thailand is known for the breathtaking sight of lanterns illuminating the night sky.

And somehow, without planning it, we'll be there. Together.

There is something especially meaningful about experiencing this night during THIS ONE LIFE, surrounded by women we've spent the previous days traveling, laughing, exploring, sharing meals and sitting in circle with. We'll have the opportunity to reflect on what we're ready to leave behind and what we want to carry forward into the life waiting for us at home.

And then we'll look up. Thousands of lights rising into the darkness. Thousands of people gathered together. And one of those moments when you realize:

I'm here.
I'm actually here.
And I will remember this for the rest of my life.

We couldn't have planned it.

And maybe that's part of the magic.

This is THIS ONE LIFE.

MAYBE SOMEDAY IS NOW

We've all said it. Someday.

Someday I'll take that trip.
Someday I'll go somewhere I've never been.
Someday I'll do something that scares me a little.
Someday I'll stop waiting for the perfect time.
Someday I'll say yes to the adventure.

But here's the thing about someday.

Someday isn't a date on the calendar.

November 7, 2027 is.

We don't know how many opportunities we'll have to swim in turquoise water off the coast of Thailand. To stand beneath a sky filled with thousands of lanterns. To receive a blessing from a Buddhist monk. To spend ten days exploring, eating, laughing, learning, connecting and experiencing a completely different part of the world with a group of women who were brave enough to say yes too.

But we know we have this opportunity. And we know we have THIS ONE LIFE.

So maybe this is the year we stop saying someday.

Thailand is waiting.

THIS ONE LIFE.

Let's go.

say yes to Thailand!

QUESTIONS? WE'VE GOT YOU.

CAN I COME ALONE?

Absolutely. In fact, many women come to Sacred Woman Collective retreats on their own. You don't need to know anyone before you arrive. Creating a space where women feel welcomed, included and connected is at the heart of everything we do — and some of the most beautiful friendships we've witnessed began between women who arrived as complete strangers. Come alone. You won't be alone for long.

CAN I BOOK A SHARED ROOM?

Absolutely, but you'll need to bring your own roommate. If you'd like to take advantage of the shared-room rate, you and a friend will each register for the shared option and let us know that you'll be rooming together. Sacred Woman Collective will not be matching roommates for this retreat, so you'll need to have your roommate confirmed before selecting the shared-room option. And what could be better than experiencing THIS ONE LIFE with a friend, sister, daughter or someone you love?

WHAT AGES IS THIS RETREAT FOR?

Our retreats bring together women of different ages and stages of life, and we love that. There isn't a “right age” for THIS ONE LIFE. What matters most is that you're open to adventure, connection, new experiences and sharing this journey with other women.

HOW ACTIVE IS THE RETREAT?

This is an adventure, but it isn't a fitness retreat. We'll be walking through markets and temples, getting on and off boats, exploring islands, visiting waterfalls and experiencing different parts of Thailand on foot, so you should be comfortable with a moderate amount of walking and everyday physical activity. And there will also be plenty of time to slow down, rest, swim, book a massage or simply enjoy the resort.

DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN EVERYTHING?

No. This is your retreat too. We've planned some incredible experiences, and of course we hope you'll join us, but you're always welcome to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you.

DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE WITH WOMEN'S CIRCLES, MEDITATION OR THAI MASSAGE?

Not at all. Everything we offer is designed to meet you exactly where you are. No previous experience with circles, meditation, bodywork or any of our practices is necessary. Just come curious.

WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?

You'll fly into Phuket International Airport (HKT) for the beginning of the retreat. We'll provide detailed travel guidance and recommended arrival times well in advance so you know exactly what to book.

Guests joining the Complete Journey will later fly from Phuket (HKT) to Chiang Mai (CNX). That domestic flight is not included in your retreat investment, and we'll provide the recommended flight so our group can travel together.

WHEN DO I NEED TO LEAVE THE U.S.?

Our journey begins in Phuket on November 7, 2027. Because you'll be traveling a significant distance and crossing the International Date Line, you'll need to depart the U.S. before November 7. The exact departure date will depend on your home city and flight itinerary. We'll provide detailed flight guidance and your required arrival window before you book so there's no guessing.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I ARRIVE IN PHUKET?

You’ll meet up with our other guests in Phuket and and travel together to Phi Phi Island. Your group transfer from Phuket to our resort on Phi Phi is included in your retreat investment. The complete journey from Phuket Airport to the resort takes approximately 2½–3½ hours, including the transfer to the pier and boat ride to the island. Once we meet up, we'll take it from there.

ARE ALL MEALS INCLUDED?

Yes. All meals during the retreat are included, including our special dining experiences throughout the journey. Alcoholic beverages, personal purchases and meals before the retreat begins or after it ends are not included.

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

We'll collect dietary restrictions and food allergies from every guest before the retreat and work with our hotels and dining partners to accommodate them whenever possible.

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED?

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for an international journey of this kind.

Your policy should ideally cover trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays and lost or delayed luggage. We'll provide additional guidance after registration.

CAN I JOIN ONLY ONE PART OF THE JOURNEY?

Yes. You can join us for Phi Phi Island only, Chiang Mai only, or experience the entire 10-night THIS ONE LIFE journey with us. Of course, if you can make it work, we'd love to have you for the whole adventure.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I RESERVE MY SPACE?

Once your $995 non-refundable deposit is received, your space and current rate are secured. As we get closer to Thailand, we'll send you everything you need — travel guidance, packing information, recommended flights, forms, roommate information if applicable and all the details you'll need to feel prepared. We'll make the logistics easy so you can focus on getting excited.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Because THIS ONE LIFE requires us to make significant advance commitments and non-refundable payments to our hotels, guides and partners in Thailand, your $995 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

We understand, however, that sometimes life changes. If you need to cancel more than 90 days before the retreat begins, please let us know as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to resell your space. If we are able to fill your space, we will refund the payments we are able to recover, less your $995 non-refundable deposit and any costs or fees already incurred on your behalf.

Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future retreat. For this reason, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

I'M EXCITED... AND A LITTLE NERVOUS. IS THAT NORMAL?

Completely. Traveling halfway around the world and saying yes to something this big can feel exciting and a little scary at the same time. You don't need to have everything figured out today. You just have to decide whether this is one of those experiences you don't want to keep putting off for someday.

THIS ONE LIFE. Let's go.
