Sacred Woman Collective, Louisville Metro invites you to join the third session of a virtual workshop series presented in collaboration with Teresa Phelps Martin. This relational experience with astrology is one that supports listening, noticing, and responding rather than striving or self-correction. Here, astrology becomes a language of nourishment helping you stay connected to who you are and who you are becoming.

Teresa is a licensed counselor, coach, and longtime yoga teacher who weaves astrology into her work as a language of orientation. She has studied with a range of respected teachers and mentors, created a yoga teacher training that integrates astrology with inquiry and embodiment, and thoughtfully incorporates astrological insight into counseling and coaching when it is supportive and appropriate.

Her approach is grounded, relational, and deeply respectful of each person’s autonomy. Teresa is passionate about helping others meet their birth chart as a living map. A map that can support safety, self-trust, healthier relationships, resilience, and a more aligned way of engaging with life.

Rather than focusing outwardly, this workshop series centers on what your own energy holds and how to reorient back to yourself with care. Rather than interpreting and predicting who you are, we will use the birth chart as a symbolic map that helps you locate yourself internally, understand your natural rhythms, and stay in connection with who you are becoming.

This Sacred Ground series is for those who want to feel more grounded in themselves, less at odds with their inner world, and more confident moving through life without forcing or fixing. It is an invitation to slow down, look with curiosity, and begin a gentler, more authentic relationship with yourself.
