The Sacred Bond, A Mother & Daughter Retreat

Join Staci Levine and Lauren Eckstrom for a daylong mother–daughter retreat. This gathering is an invitation to slow down and return to what matters most: the sacred bond between us.

Through gentle nourishing movement, breathwork, guided meditation, soundbath, sacred circles, and art expression, we will create space for honest reflection, heartfelt listening, and meaningful connection across generations.

Rooted in presence and compassion, the day is designed to cultivate deeper understanding, soften old patterns, and strengthen the threads of love that hold mothers and daughters together. Expect a warm, intentional container where both voices are honored, tenderness is welcomed, and the relationship itself becomes the teacher. 

We are deeply honored to be co-hosting this special day with Lauren Eckstrom, a voice and teacher who has inspired so many women on their path. 

Cost: $350 per mother/daughter (additional $150 for a 3rd person)
