There comes a moment in every woman’s life when she feels the quiet call to rise…

She may be rising toward something: a new chapter, a deeper truth, a vision she can no longer ignore.

She Rises is a gathering created to explore how we move through these transitions without losing ourselves, without abandoning what nourishes us, grounds us, and keeps us aligned with who we truly are.

Rooted in Alison Mullins’ integrative philosophy of nourishment and whole-life wellness, this women’s circle invites participants to consider nourishment not only as food, but as everything we take in:

-the environments we inhabit

-the thoughts we repeat

-the relationships we cultivate

-the rhythms we allow ourselves to live within

When life asks more of us — or when we begin asking more of ourselves — alignment becomes essential. Just as the sun, moon, and earth must align to create a Copper Moon, we too must bring our inner and outer worlds into harmony to remain whole.

This circle serves as a sacred touchpoint into the She Rises signature program — an experiential introduction to the practices, reflections, and conversations that support women in rising with intention rather than exhaustion.

Together, we gather in community to:

Through guided conversation, reflection, and shared presence, participants are invited to pause, listen inward, and remember that rising does not require striving alone.

She Rises is not about becoming someone new. It is about rising more fully as the woman you already are.

Optional Add-On: The Five-Day Reset

As an optional extension of the She Rises experience, the Five-Day Reset offers a guided return to nourishment, simplicity, and balance through food.

This thoughtfully designed program centers on whole, nutrient-dense meals that support the body’s natural ability to recalibrate. Participants receive a complete plan, including recipes, daily guidance, and a detailed shopping list-making the experience both structured and easeful.

Over the course of five days, many people notice meaningful shifts. Sleep deepens. Energy becomes steadier. Brain fog begins to lift. The digestive system settles, inflammation often decreases, and the body starts to feel lighter and more responsive. While some participants may experience weight loss, the true intention of the reset is restoration; helping the body return to its natural rhythm through real food.

The reset is fully guided by Alison throughout the five days, offering encouragement and accountability along the way. Those who wish may begin the reset together following the She Rises Sunset Circle, creating a shared rhythm of support and intention. Others may choose to complete the program privately at a time that best suits their schedule.
