For over two decades, Shannie thrived at the highest levels of executive leadership—building and scaling healthcare organizations, leading large teams, and driving strategic growth in complex industries.

Shannie’s own transformation began with learning to truly hear her own voice. For years, she poured herself into leadership roles, creating success on the outside while quietly yearning for a deeper connection within. Through retreats, breathwork, movement, meditation, and spiritual practice, Shannie began to reclaim that voice—not only as a leader, but as a woman, healer, and guide.

Today, as a branch partner of Sacred Woman Collective Greater Phoenix, Shannie is a Licensed Chakradance™ facilitator, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) that is IFC Accredited. Shannie is currently working on her certification to be a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and sound healer.

Her passion and soul’s purpose is to bring women together to inspire healing, transformation, self-discovery and growth. To see possibility where there was once limitation, and guide them toward a deeper, more authentic version of themselves. Shannie is both a grounded leader and a spiritual guide, who turns challenges into strengths and uplifts others through her unique blend of resilience, depth, and light.

Shannie is a devoted meditator, yogi, hiker, life-long learner and health and self-development enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, fur babies and traveling the world.
