Inner Harmony: A One-Day Retreat

A day dedicated to creating inner harmony through a blend of breathwork, reiki, soundbath, and reflective conversations. A collaboration between Staci Levine of Sacred Woman Collective, Jamie Janko of Rewild Breathwork, and Grace Emmons of Forward with Grace. 

Join us for a day in the oasis that is Topanga Canyon. With canyon views, ancient oaks, a crystal and cactus forest, infinity pool and jacuzzi, the location is a divine setting for cultivating inner harmony.  

Your day will begin with a transformative breathwork journey, inviting you to deep dive into your subconscious, uncovering old thought patterns and beliefs, releasing heavy emotion, and rewiring your nervous system. In combining science + spirituality, you will activate new neural pathways in the brain, allowing for intuition to speak, clarity to rise and connection to be felt. You will have time to integrate, enjoy the stunning property, relax in the pool and jacuzzi, and connect deeply in community. 

After a nourishing lunch enjoyed in nature, you will experience a transformative energy healing session, strengthening your spiritual core, the gateway to healing stress and disconnection. Through this session, you will be guided back to your heart and soul. The session will end with a soothing soundbath under the ancient oak trees.  Our day wouldn't be complete without time in sacred circle, giving us the chance to deep dive into our hearts, sharing deeply, learning the art of listening, and holding space for one another. 

You will leave this retreat feeling a profound state of tranquility, balance, peace, and clarity. In this state, your mind is free from conflicting thoughts, and emotions are in gentle accord with each other. Inner harmony fosters a deep connection with oneself - it is a state where external pressures and disturbances fall away, and one can navigate life's challenges with ease.
