Awaken your Spirit - A 4 night retreat in Lake Tahoe August 24-28th 2023 with Co-Host Cat Valadez
If you ask someone what makes Lake Tahoe so special, they might say it’s the 70 miles of freshwater (it’s the largest freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada and the largest alpine lake in North America), or maybe they’ll tell you it’s the emerald color of the water (its nickname is Big Blue), or the towering mountaintops and that it offers some of the best skiing in the country.
But Lake Tahoe’s sheer beauty has to be witnessed with your own eyes. Moreover, the magic of the land has to be felt in your own body. Which is why the theme for our retreat is Awaken your Spirit - something that will most likely happen organically once you step foot on the land.
I have been visiting Lake Tahoe for many years, both in the winter and summer and I must admit, there’s something about the summer that wins my heart over every time. I cannot be more excited to host my first retreat in North Lake Tahoe where I am sure it will win your heart over too. I am co-hosting with the most beautiful human, Cat Valadez, and together we have the most incredible retreat planned for you.
We have booked two luxurious, side-by-side private homes in North Lake Tahoe adjacent to the Ritz Carlton at Northstar, featuring full kitchens, jacuzzi, beautiful deck and game room, with access to a magnificent clubhouse featuring a gym, large swimming pool, jacuzzi and lounge.
We are so excited to bring our favorite retreat chef Dori Lancaster with us to prepare all of our delicious and wholesome meals.
