The Sovereign Self is about reclaiming the truth that you already know, that your wisdom does not live outside of you.

This retreat is a return to living from the inside out. Not following, fixing, or performing, but listening, trusting, and choosing from a grounded sense of self-leadership.
The Experience
Set high above the coastline in Real del Mar, this intimate retreat unfolds across two stunning, multi-level five-bedroom private homes overlooking Banderas Bay. Designed for deep rest, reflection, and connection, the environment itself becomes part of the work.
You’ll be held in beauty, ease, and intention, so you can soften enough to hear yourself clearly again.

The Work
Co-facilitated by Dené Logan & Staci Levine, this retreat weaves together embodied practices, inquiry, and deep presence - not to give you answers, but to help you reconnect to your own.
This work is not about fixing or becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are when you slow down enough to listen.
Through circle, breath, and guided reflection, you’ll be supported in releasing external conditioning and strengthening trust in your inner authority, allowing insight to arise organically rather than being forced or intellectualized.
There will be a balance of structured sessions and spacious integration time, because sovereignty isn’t something to rush. It’s something you feel into, practice, and live from.

Strengthening trust in your inner authority
Living and leading from alignment rather than expectation

We are opening first with a waitlist, followed by public enrollment in early January.
