Join Heather Roma-Wicks and her cohosts Ashley Chavez and Rachel Lattuca for a Partner Yoga Playshop and Sunset Circle gathering!

Explore traditional yoga asanas, but done in tandem. This acro-esque playshop includes partner counterbalance poses, acroyoga therapeutics and foundations, and mind-body energy connecting movements. This workshop is for the advanced yogi, as well as the curious beginner. Come prepared to laugh a lot, dance a little, challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone, and connect with new like-minded people. Bring a friend or come solo and we’ll pair you up. About Ashley Chavez:

Ashley is a trailblazing wellness babe, holistic health educator, and full-time life-liver residing here in the Morongo Basin. Steeped in the timeless wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, her life is her message, and her favorite way to share her gifts is through movement and embodying her practices. Ashley guides her students through a strong but sweet, playfully focused, and bone deep nourishing class.

Rachel is a lifestyle entrepreneur, world connector, and yoga & spa owner in Yucca Valley, California. Her “dream big” attitude alchemizes every vision into reality. Rachel is a natural born space holder- her yoga classes, sound baths and wellness events prioritize creativity, breath, alignment and mindfulness, guiding students towards a harmonious mind-body connection. Rachel encourages her students to explore their own creative expressions within their practice and lives.
