Listen Differently The Art & Science of Sound Healing
A Sacred Woman Collective Experience
Most people attend a sound bath simply to relax. This evening invites you to go deeper — to understand why sound affects the body, and then to experience its impact in a way that feels immersive, nurturing, and profoundly restorative
Led by sound practitioner Kristen Barron, the evening begins with an exploration into the healing power of sound and vibration. Blending ancient practices with modern understanding, Kristen will guide participants through how sound influences the nervous system, brainwave states, and the subtle rhythms of the body itself. You’ll learn how sound is received not only through hearing, but through sensation — supporting deep relaxation, emotional integration, and cellular-level resonance.
From this foundation of understanding, participants will be guided into a deeply immersive sound experience. Rather than simply listening, you are invited to receive — allowing harmonic tones and vibration to move through the body naturally, encouraging release, restoration, and inner alignment.
Throughout the sound journey, Alison will offer aromatherapy and gentle supportive touch (for those who welcome it), enhancing grounding and helping participants soften more fully into the experience. These subtle sensory elements deepen relaxation and create a container that feels safe, supported, and deeply nourishing.
Following the sound immersion, the group will transition into sacred circle — a space for integration, reflection, and witnessing. Each woman will have the opportunity to speak into the circle, allowing the experience to move from inner awareness into shared presence and connection.
This is an evening designed to both educate and nurture, offering understanding for the mind and restoration for the body.
Come curious. Come open. Come ready to receive.
