THERESA WINSLOW

El Dorado Hills Branch

Theresa Winslow

Theresa is a wife, mother of three, yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation facilitator, sound healing practitioner, women’s circle and retreat leader, and, at her core, a devoted space-holder for healing, connection, and self-discovery.

For much of her life, Theresa moved through seasons of anxiety and depression, often feeling disconnected from herself and unsure of where she truly belonged. Yoga became a quiet turning point. What began as a physical practice gradually unfolded into something far more meaningful—a pathway back home to herself. Through movement, breath, stillness, play, and presence, she began to rediscover a sense of connection she hadn’t known was possible.

That unfolding naturally led her into meditation, breathwork, sound healing, women’s circles, sacred ritual, and retreat work—each becoming a thread in the way she now lives and serves. With over 700 hours of intensive yoga training and a deep devotion to holding safe, nurturing spaces, Theresa weaves these practices into the communities she works with. She believes healing doesn’t need to be heavy or complicated; it begins in the simple act of slowing down—of pausing, feeling, listening, laughing, and remembering.

Her work is grounded in the knowing that we are all capable of returning home to ourselves, that wisdom already lives within us, and that we are never meant to walk our human experience alone.

Theresa hopes to leave behind small imprints of healing wherever she goes—inviting others to soften into self-love, meet themselves with greater compassion, and reconnect with the quiet power of loving-kindness. To her, loving-kindness is not something small or soft in impact; it is one of the most powerful forces we have to create a more connected, beautiful, and heart-led world.
