For almost 15 years, Staci Berrey has had the privilege of walking alongside women during some of life's most transformative moments. As the founder of Labor of Love Birth Services in Orange County, Staci has spent more than a decade creating safe spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported during some of life's most vulnerable moments. Having supported thousands of women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and mentored the next generation of doulas, she believes that true transformation begins when women are met right where they are with compassion, presence, and without judgment.

Throughout different seasons of her life, Staci has found herself creating the communities she needed. Whether building supportive spaces for expectant and new mothers, mentoring birth professionals, or cultivating meaningful connections among women navigating life's many transitions, she believes that no woman should have to walk her journey alone.

Her work has always been rooted in one simple truth: women thrive when they feel safe, seen, and deeply heard. She has dedicated her career to creating spaces where vulnerability is welcomed, stories are honored, and authentic connection can flourish. Her gift is holding space with empathy, curiosity, and compassion, allowing women to show up exactly as they are.

Joining Sacred Woman Collective is a natural continuation of that calling. As life enters new seasons, so do the communities women seek. Staci is honored to help create a space where women can gather and practice the art of connection, build meaningful relationships, and be witnessed without judgment. 

Staci invites women to step into a community where they can practice the art of slowing down, living with intention, and reconnecting with themselves. Her hope is that every woman leaves feeling more grounded, centered, and free to embrace who she is, supported by a circle of women who choose authenticity, connection, and presence.
