I’ve spent more than 40 years in the wellness industry. I co-founded Equinox, I founded JoyLift, and I’ve been on my own inner journey since I was eighteen, always searching for meaning, for truth, for what actually makes a life feel full. What I’ve learned, more than anything, is that wellness is not just the steps, the sauna, the red light, the green juice. Wellness is who I sit with. Who I laugh with. Who I cry with. Who sees me when the mask is off. My women friendships, my sisterhood… this is what keeps me balanced, aligned, and honest. It’s my real medicine.

That’s why I’m creating space for these circles. Designing them intentionally, with care, as a real gathering place for women who want more than surface-level community. These circles are about two things: first, connecting to yourself - the real you underneath the doing and the performing and the holding-it-all-together. And then, from that place, connecting to other women who are also growing, questioning, becoming. I’ll be weaving JoyLift into every circle - the movement, the breath, the practices I’ve built over decades - because the body is where connection actually lives.

I’ve been a participant in circles like these for years and they’ve shaped me. Now I feel ready, and genuinely called, to create this for other women too. It’s one of the purest forms of joy I know, and I want more women to have it.
