A creative experience with special guest Claudia Whitney

The stories we carry shape how we see ourselves, what we believe is possible, and what we allow ourselves to want. Some have been with us for so long that we rarely stop to question whether they still belong to us. In this guided experience, Claudia will invite each woman beneath the noise of her conscious mind and into the deeper wisdom held within her. From that place, she’ll channel a message meant specifically for her in this season of her life. It may arrive as a word, an image, a truth she’s ready to claim, or a possibility asking to be seen. Through an intuitive creative process, each woman will bring her message to life as a one-of-a-kind oracle card she can take home. Her card will become a tangible reminder of what she knows deep down and the beauty she is capable of making from whatever life has placed in her hands.

No artistic experience is needed, and all supplies will be provided.

There will also be a guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and sharing & listneing from our hearts.

About Claudia Whitney

Claudia Whitney is a hypnotherapist, intuitive coach, somatic practitioner, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, and retreat leader. With 25 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, she has guided more than 12,000 classes and transformational experiences. At the heart of Claudia’s work is the belief that women already carry their own wisdom and creative power. She brings together subconscious work, somatic practices, and creative expression to help women move beyond the part of themselves that controls, manages, and edits, allowing their deeper knowing to speak first.

She is the founder of Art of Her, offering transformational retreats and creative experiences that help women reconnect with who they are beneath the labels and obligations they carry, listen to their desires, and feel fully alive in their lives.
