Womb Lodge Sunset Circle with Heather Roma-Wicks

  • Morongo Valley Ranch Morongo Valley, California United States (map)

The womb is a deeply intelligent part of the body, that we are often disconnected from in modern life. It is a center of creativity, intuition, and physical and emotional processing, as well as the miracle of housing potential life.

Join Heather and Co-host Bree Lauren for our monthly Womb Lodge Circle, an intimate space created to support reconnection with this part of yourself.

Bree Lauren is a board certified holistic wellness coach, doula, and certified yoga teacher devoted to supporting women through holistic, trauma-informed, and embodied care. For over a decade, she has been in the healing arts weaving together traditional ceremonial wisdom, science backed therapeutic training, and somatic and integrative wellness practices to create grounded, nurturing spaces for women.

We gather in the Mojave Desert on a quiet equine ranch, where the presence of horses and the land itself become part of the experience. The group is intentionally limited to 7 participants to keep the container intimate and supported.

At the center of our time together is a group womb steaming practice. Also known as bajo, yoni steam, or vaginal steaming, this practice is found in many traditional cultures as a way of supporting feminine wellbeing. Bree, your facilitator, learned this work in Guatemala with Mayan elders and later completed certification through the Steamy Chick Institute.

This practice uses a blend of fresh and dried herbs to create a warm, medicinal steam. As you sit over the steam, the properties of the plants are gently absorbed to support the womb space. Each person has a personal, prepared setup in our group setting. Robes and blankets are provided & no prior experience is needed.

Each gathering is centered around a monthly theme. We begin with a grounding circle, move into the steaming practice supported by sound, and close with a guided meditation and time for integration.

This space is for those with a vulva who are not currently menstruating, pregnant, or experiencing active infections or STIs.

Benefits of womb steaming may include:

• Supporting menstrual cycle regulation

• Easing cramps, bloating, and pelvic tension

• Increasing circulation to the womb and pelvic area

• Supporting hormonal balance

• Assisting in postpartum or post birth recovery (when appropriate)

• Supporting fertility awareness and womb connection

• Clearing stagnant energy held in the womb space

• Deep relaxation and nervous system support

• Increased connection to your body and creative center

• A sense of grounding, release, and emotional processing

Following the lodge, there are also optional private womb massage sessions available with Bree.

Cost: $55
