The womb is a deeply intelligent part of the body.
A center of creativity, intuition, and physical and emotional processing that we are often disconnected from in modern life.
Join Bree Lauren & Lucero Gonzales: Our monthly Womb Lodge Circle is hosted on a quiet equine ranch in the Mojave Desert. This intimate gathering is designed for self care, connection with our bodies, and each other. With a group size intentionally limited to seven, we create a sacred, supported container where the presence of the land and the horses deepens your experience.
The Experience
At the center of our time together is a group womb steaming practice, followed by rebozo work and an ancestral drum journey. Also known as bajo, yoni steaming, or vaginal steaming, this practice can be found across many traditional cultures as a way of tending to feminine wellbeing.
Guided by Bree, who was taught this practice by Mayan elder midwives in Guatemala, you will be invited to sit over a personalized, warm infusion of medicinal herbs. As you rest over the steam, the warmth and properties of the plants create an opportunity to slow down, soften, and bring intentional care to the womb space.
Following the steam, Lucero will guide each woman through supportive touch and traditional rebozo wrapping, allowing space for rest, grounding, and integration. Our time together will then move into an intuitive ancestral drum and sound journey.
Our intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to move out of your head, settle deeply into your body, and listen to the wisdom held within.
The Promise
By joining us in this ritual, you are promising yourself an act of self love. An opportunity to receive, honor wherever you may be in your feminine cycle, and bring loving care to your whole pelvic space. Whether you are seeking physical relief or a deeper emotional anchor, this practice offers a sanctuary.
The Outcome You will leave the Womb Lodge feeling more connected to yourself, your womb, and other women.
