This month's Sunset Circle invites you to slow down, exhale, and simply receive. We'll gather in community before settling into a one-of-a-kind sound bath experience led by the incredibly gifted Sofrona.

Using the healing vibrations of her voice and harp, Sofrona will create a soothing soundscape designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep relaxation. Let the music wash over you as you reconnect with yourself. Whether you're seeking peace, healing, or simply a moment to pause from the busyness of life, this circle offers a sacred space to be exactly as you are.

Sofrona is a versatile musician whose training spans a wide range of musical styles, including opera, jazz, modern choral and orchestral music, and bluegrass. She performs throughout the Salt Lake Valley as a harpist, string bassist, and vocalist, sharing her passion for music in a variety of settings.

She is the bassist for the Spiritually Free Band at the Center for Spiritual Living in Salt Lake City and is known for creating meaningful experiences that invite peace, reflection, and connection through the healing power of music. This Christmas season, Sofrona will be featured as a soloist with the Salt Lake Men's Choir.
