Rise & Align is a retreat designed by women, for women, created in honor of the many ways we are continually rising to, through, and beyond life’s unfolding chapters.
As women, we are always in transition. Rising into partnership or out of it. Into motherhood, the choice not to become a mother, or the grief of not being able to. Rising through puberty, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause. Rising as we release children into the world, care for aging parents, and grieve the loss of those who brought us here. Each passage leaves its mark. Each asks something of us. And the way we carry these thresholds-physically, emotionally, spiritually-is different than how men do.
Rise & Align is an invitation to pause within those chapters. To listen. To remember who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and adaptations. This retreat is about learning how to stay aligned with your true self as life continues to evolve-and how to rise without abandoning yourself along the way.

Each day offers a thoughtfully curated menu of experiences, allowing you to create exactly what you need once you arrive.
