· JoyLift, Movement & Dance: Release tension, shake off the old, and move into the joyful energy of possibility through music, movement, and a little dancing.
· Guided Heart-Centered Meditation: Quiet the outside noise, connect with your inner wisdom, and discover what your heart is truly asking for.
· Astrology for the Year Ahead: Explore the cosmic themes and possibilities of 2027, offering fresh perspectives and inspiration for the journey ahead.
· Reflection & Intention-Setting: Move beyond resolutions and explore your deepest desires, the beliefs that may be holding you back, and what you're ready to welcome into your life.
· Creative Vision Board Workshop: Bring your dreams into focus through a beautiful, hands-on creative experience. All essential materials will be provided.
· Closing Circle & Intention Ceremony: Come together to celebrate our visions and the possibilities we're creating for ourselves.
· Light Bites, Drinks & Connection: Enjoy an afternoon surrounded by inspiring, like-minded women who believe in dreaming big and lifting one another up.
What to bring:
Just yourself, an open heart, and any special magazines, photographs, quotes, or meaningful materials you'd love to incorporate into your vision board.
