Her expertise extends to being an adept practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Access Bars, which she combines with her certification in sound healing to create transformative experiences. Passionate about the interplay between nature and ritual, Jenny explores impermanence art creation through Morning Altars, which serves to enhance the healing journey for those under her guidance. Her previous experience working in a nonprofit organization taught her the vital lesson of prioritizing self-care, especially after experiencing burnout herself. Jenny understands the profound need for individuals who hold space for others to also find time for their own renewal, making her a compassionate and insightful host for this retreat.

Amanda Heath of Earthen Artistry, is a nature loving Mama of five beautiful children. One of her many talents is connecting with you through the art of henna and its healing powers. For over a decade, she has been weaving friendships through her henna creations and energy work, eagerly awaiting the opportunity to connect with you soon.
