SWC Nebraska has the opportunity to help with the 4th annual Butterfly Retreat in Benkleman, Nebraska. This experience coincides with a full moon and the summer solstice! This will allow for fun, motivating energy for this year's retreat, which will allow us to learn and practice mindfulness and meditation to help us all find some calm in our chaos, improve our relationships with ourselves and others, and allow a little easier in our lives.
